This was a fun easy project. I got a picture from from a garage sale and spray painted it, then backed it using a large sheet of thick gray paper. I bought the letters and spray painted them while then hot glued the letters and old cheese grater on the paper. Then I hung it above the kitchen table.

Here I spray painted frame's from the thrift store and hot glued magnets to the back. Depending on how heavy the frame is Gorilla Glue may be the better choice. I love the way is dresses up the fridge. 

I bought this frame and lamp from the thrift store and spray painted them and bought a lamp shade from walmart.
